Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting students, faculty, staff, and volunteer tutors with questions that pertain to our literacy program. Making phone calls to convey messages to tutors and instructors. Entering student and tutor information into a database in accordance with grant guidelines. Maintaining office records and producing reports for grants. Providing clerical support to the Literacy Coordinator.
