Job Description

The Evening/Weekend Coordinator, under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Adult Education, is responsible for maintaining the LCHSTC area so that the instructors can have access to copy machines, mailboxes, and other office facilities; answering inquiries about all CLC programs and course offerings; enforcing rules and regulations for the College; handling room conflicts; disseminating information; assisting instructors in room set-up and audio-visual as needed; maintaining contact with public safety, and providing overall assistance to evening staff and faculty.
