With TheBigCom.com, we have listened very carefully to what all those involved in the talent acquisition function really needed before we ever started development of a product.

We recognized early on with the 1990’s Job Boards, while great for sourcing talent, left so much of the “management of the process” out of the equation for all users. We also discovered Vendor Management Systems in the early 2000’s lacked a sense of involvement from Candidates and Vendor Service Professionals. Management Services Providers, while adequate at processing Candidates, have accomplished little for the over all market.

TheBigCom.com is the first ever combination of a Job Board and a Vendor Management System which functions in a real world environment. It works with the involvement of the entire TBC community of users Candidates, Management Professionals, and Employers. Our passion is to provide the market what it needs, by providing for the needs of our professional users.
